Voluntary obligation

Repro & Gravure Support Reinhold Kungel and associated consultants voluntarily commit themselves to the observance of the following guiding principles.

1. Respectability and confidentiality

a. We only take on jobs if we are confident that our service will be advantageous for our clients.

b. We take great care from the onset to provide a realistic assessment of expenses, services and deadlines and then to ensure that these are observed.

c. We treat the documents, task designations, business processes, company secrets or other internal information made available to us in the framework of the cooperation and of course the results of our work with the strictest of confidence until such a time that this information becomes common knowledge or the customers, in individual cases permit us to pass on this knowledge.

d. We place value on a harmonic, trusting cooperation with our clients and their employees and continually endeavour to acquire the acceptance and support of the employees of our client in order to promote the success of our common venture.

2. Neutrality and objectivity

a. We advise and act only in the interest of our clients. We commit ourselves to total neutrality towards all manufacturers and suppliers involved in the project at hand and do not allow them to influence the recommendations which are handed over by us. We advise on the basis of our knowledge, paying due regard to the requirements of the respective client and through comparison of the available offers.

b. If we ourselves supply similar products or derive financial benefits from similar products, we point this out to our client in the framework of our consultation.

c. We advise our clients as objectively as possible. If we consider it to be necessary, we also say unpleasant things in a matter of fact way.

d. The expert opinions we provide contain solely our honest judgement.

3. Expertise

a. We provide solutions that correspond to the latest information available, taking into account possible developments and satisfy the expectations of the respective matter.

b. We are constantly increasing and improving our knowledge and experience and put this knowledge to full use for our clients.
